The vision of Vidya Gyan is a world in which all individuals can and will seek Vidya (education) in the pursuit of Gyan (knowledge) to build a better world through development and innovation. Our logo, “Every Child Matters.”

- 2016: Started Savings to Secure/Adopt a Girl Child (AGC) initiative.
- 2017: Started Pencil to Power initiative.
- 2018: Started Adopt a School initiative. Provided resources to 5 select schools
- 2020: 555 Dare to Dream and Super 20 initiative.
- 2021: Donated $25,000 to PM CARES Fund and 14 Oxygen Concentrators to rural health centers
- 2022: Nirma

Message from our Founders: Vidya Gyan based in the United States and a sister organization Vidya Gyan India are nonprofits, committed to improving education, health, and overall wellbeing of children in rural India because Every Child Matters. The founders believe that all children, particularly the girls deemed lower priority in families
Message from our Founders: Vidya Gyan based in the United States and a sister organization Vidya Gyan India are nonprofits, committed to improving education, health, and overall wellbeing of children in rural India because Every Child Matters. The founders believe that all children, particularly the girls deemed lower priority in families due to the age-old social barriers and ignorance, have the untapped potential to excel given the opportunities, guidance, and resources. Vidya Gyan strives to promote partnerships with schools, parents, teachers, and village leadership. It provides resources expecting demonstrated improvement in learning by children.
